简介

Tianhao Ni is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computational Mathematics at Zhejiang University's School of Mathematical Sciences (2020-2025). During his doctoral studies, he conducted a six-month research visit (July 2024-January 2025) at the National University of Singapore's Department of Statistics and Data Science, where he worked with Professor Zhigang Yao on developing advanced computational methods for biological data analysis. His research primarily focuses on three interconnected areas: unsupervised manifold learning for high-dimensional data visualization, intelligent algorithms for single-cell RNA sequencing data interpretation, and computational frameworks for cell atlas construction and analysis.
